Our tradition since 1562 has made us successful - even as you walk into the hotel you get the feeling that everything is just right here and this is place you want to be! Our various outlets and the stylish ambience in the indoor and outdoor bars & lounges with their fantastic infrastructure provide quality that has remained over decades. Located right at the piste, yet still in the centre of town, there has always been a link between sophisticated après-ski, fine dining & pampering for our exclusive guests – elements that are popular with guests and staff alike.

What we trust you to do

  • The overall management and operation of the F&B department, including our restaurants, bars and event areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, taking into account cost control and budget management.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of service and quality to maximise guest satisfaction.
  • Execute innovative menu management, including the conceptualisation of new food and beverage items in collaboration with the executive chef.
  • Create a motivating work environment and lead the F&B team through regular training and personal development support.
  • Work closely with management and other department heads to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Oversee and enforce compliance with all health and safety related F&B regulations.
  • Plan and execute our events, functions and conferences at the Unterschwarzachhof, Schwarzacher and Luxuschalet Schmiedalm.

How you can inspire us

  • A degree in hotel or restaurant management or a similar qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a management position in the F&B sector, preferably in the upscale hotel industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business management skills, with a strong understanding of cost control and budget management.
  • Fluency in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
  • You take on the role of personal contact person for guests and customers as well as internally.
  • Responsible and independent appearance and behaviour.

We offer you

  • Annual position
  • 14 salaries per year
  • Free board and lodging in our fantastic staff accommodation right next to your workplace
  • 5 1/2 or 6-day week with individual work-time models
  • One training or further training week per season
