For our client, a globally renowned company known for its innovative and high-quality gear and apparel we seek a dedicated individual to provide essential support to our Spanish Finance Team to support the European headquarters in Munich, Germany.
Your responsibilities would include:
Aufgaben
- Assisting the Finance Manager with various accounting processes such as general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Supporting credit collection, dunning processes, payment flow and customer management, including credit scoring and limits.
- Contributing to month-end and year-end closings in compliance with internal and external regulations, including the preparation of monthly and annual statements and reports.
- Handling bank transactions and conducting necessary reconciliations for both bank and sub-ledgers of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Providing assistance with accounting processes related to the general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Conducting stock reconciliations, managing statistics (INE, Ecoembes), handling accruals, taxes and other finance and administrative tasks.
- Managing key accounts (ECI, Amazon) and serving as a reliable point of contact for various departments (Customer Service, Sales Team, Retail, Marketing) and external parties such as local advisors, tax authorities, customers and auditors.
Anforderungen
- Education in Finance, Economics, Business or Management, preferably from a Spanish University.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in similar roles.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to finance/accounting functions.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to achieving goals.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.
